Retirement Pension - Lack of Contributions

Isang ka bang private employee o isang Government employee?

Ikaw ba ay magreretiro na ngunit kulang pa ang iyong contributions para makapasok o maka avail ng retirement benefits ng either SSS or GSIS? Ano ang maaari mong gawin.

O kaya kulang pa ang iyong contributions para maka avail ng services or benefits ng SSS / GSIS?

Alamin natin ito at ang ibang options sa pagreretiro sa ating topic na:

"Pension - Lack of Conributions"

Total Contributions:

GSIS: 15 years / 180 months contributions

SSS: 10 years / 120 months contributions

Benefits na common sa dalawang ahensya:

Disability benefit

Survivorship benefit

Sickness benefit

Medicare benefit (sa huling ahensyang siya ay nabibilang)

O kaya iba pang benefits na common dalawang ahensya kabilang na diyan syempre ang retirement benefits.

Mandatory: 65

Eto po at balikann niyo ang istorya ng ating Ka-Cuter Sender:

Hi po. Kami po ay miyembro ng isang simbahan sa aming lugar. Ilang taon na po ang nakalipas may isang member po nag donate ng lupain malapit sa sapa sa head pastor namin para gamitin sa simbahan ng kanyang rights sa isang lupain, verbal lang po ang usapan ng pag donate ng rights. Yung member po na yun binili lang din po niya yung rights na yun sa ibang tao. Bakante po ang lupa. Binigay po samin ang pamamahala dito. Nagpatayo po kami ng asawa ko dito ng istraktura para sa Bible study po gamit ang aming sariling pera. At sa payo na din po ng aming Bishop, lumipat po kami sa lugar na yun at nagpatayo pa ng mga istraktura at pinaupahan po namin ang ibang parte po bahay na pinatayo namin. After ng apat na taon, umalis na po kami sa simbahan. Ngayon po binabawi na nila ang lupain. Sa kanila daw po ang rights ng lupa kaya kahit kami daw po nagpatayo ng mga istraktura doon kailangan pa din namin umalis pati yung umuupa po samin pinapaalis na din. Kakasuhan daw kami at nag padala na po sila ng demand letter.

Patay na po yung head pastor namin at yung pamilya po ng nag donate sinasabi na umalis na lang po kami. Wala po titulo pa yung lupain dahil po ang practice po dito dati, nagpapatayo o inaangkin nila yung lupa, tapos po ibebenta po nila. Gusto naman namin isauli yung lupain kung mababayadan lang sana nila kami ng aming nagastos kaso ayaw po nila at choice daw po namin na magpagawa.

Ano po kaya mabuti namin gawin? Salamat.

O kaya nagbenta ka ng lupa at gusto mo tong bawiin na, maari ba ito?

Ano ba ang right of redemption or right of first refusal na sinasabi nila?

Kailangan bang naka notaryo / notary ang isang pagbebenta para masabi ito ay valid?

"Hi po Its Me. Ako si Lucy, yung tatay ko kasi nakabili siya ng lupa mga 15 or so years ago. Naibenta sa kanya ito ng pinsan niya dahil need daw nila ng pera pang pa aral ng kanyang mga anak. Mura lang yung benta nila ko kasi need talaga nila ng pera noon at para mabenta agad ito, kaya ng malaman ng tatay ko ito, kinausap niya yung pinsan niya at binili yung lupa.

Naibenta sa kanya ito sa kanyang pinsan at may pirma ng kanyang pinsan ngunit hindi ito notaryado o napa register sa registry of deeds. Pinagusapan naman nila na babawiin daw ito ng pinsan niya pag nagkapera na siya.

Ngayon may pera na sila, gusto na siya bawiin ng pinsan ng tatay ko at willing daw bayadan ito 4 times sa halaga ng pagbenta niya nuon o kahit hangang 8 times sana ngunit ayaw

pumayag ng aking tatay at gusto ito ibenta ng 22 times sa halaga ibinayad niya nuon, mas malaki din kesa sa market price nito ngayon. Sabi nila naisanla at naparentahan na namin daw ang lupain na yun kaya soba sobra na ang aming kinita mula noon hangang ngayon. Kung baga sa interest daw sobra na sa tubo.
