Atty. Jose Carlos D. Dela Luna is a 2022 Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM) law graduate. He successfully passed the 2022 Caguiwow bar exams and he was admitted to the practice of law in May 2023. For his pre-law, he has a degree of Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from San Beda University.
Atty. Dela Luna served as Student Council Auditor when he was in 2nd year of law school. After this, he became the College of Law’s representative in the PLM Commission of Elections during his junior and senior years in law school. As the representative of the College, he helps the Commission decide controversies concerning student council elections, electoral protests, and other matters concerning the student electorate.
After passing the bar, he was a Junior Legal Counsel at a financing company. There, he litigated numerous cases concerning the collection of sums of money and rehabilitation of the financing company’s delinquent clients. Likewise, he actively handled over 100+ inactive and active Batasan Pambansa Bilang 22 cases. Lastly, he provides legal advice concerning the corporate matters of the company.

Atty. Howard S. Ong successfully earned his law degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila – College of Law in 2023 and gained admission to the Philippine Bar on December 22, 2023.
His pre-law education includes a Bachelor of Science majoring in Legal Management from De La Salle University-Manila.
Working as a Special Investigator I at the Legal Service of the Bureau of the Treasury, Atty. Ong dedicated himself to character background investigations for new entrants in government, post-qualification assessments for winning bidders, and the formulation of legal opinions on civil service rules, regulations, and other personnel matters. Additionally, he provided valuable assistance in handling government escheat cases through the drafting of pleadings.
Prior to his role as a Special Investigator I, Atty. Ong commenced his career at the Bureau of the Treasury as a Legal Officer I in the Securities and Documentations Division. In this capacity, he focused on drafting legal opinions related to taxation law matters of the Bureau, along with reviewing contracts and memorandums in which the Bureau participated.
Atty. Jesus Festin Morante is a seasoned legal professional with a unique fusion of legal expertise, human resource management proficiency, and an unwavering commitment to public service. Holding a Juris Doctor degree, he combines a diverse educational background, including a B.S. in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resource Management, to offer a well-rounded skillset essential to excel in the legal profession.
With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Atty. Morante has demonstrated expertise in policy development, benefits administration, legal compliance, and employee relations. Serving as a Data Privacy Officer adds an additional layer of regulatory understanding to his skill set.
In the legal arena, Atty. Morante has a proven track record in litigation, handling cases in the Municipal Trial Court (MTC), Regional Trial Court (RTC), Ombudsman, and Court of Appeals. His proficiency extends to family relations, property relations, election and administrative cases, annulment of marriage, labor cases, legal opinions, and contract reviews. His broad experience encompasses case management, investigation, and ensuring legal compliance.
